Triple Surprise

My boss asked me to prepare cupcakes as surprise dessert for her birthday treat. She didn't know then that I've been planning to make a fondant cake for her special day.

So when we surprised her with our greeting card, I also handed over the cake. And she was surprised! Then she asked me to bring out her surprise to my office mates-chocobanana cupcakes with our names on it! 

Then our big boss announced the most awaited "surprise" of the year. :D

Cupcakes for a Hoarder

I made these personalized cupcakes for one of the best bloggers I know. In the the blogosphere, she's known as THE Archer, who writes reviews about pens, notebooks, and inks. But aside from all those stuffs, she also collects toy firetrucks, vintage watches, chucks, and Starbucks mugs from all over the world. THE Archer happens to be my officemate, friend, and regular customer of the Cupcake Factory! So here's what we made for her special day...

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Last Sunday, we delivered 150 red velvet cupcakes for Baby Kylie's Christening. These were served as dessert during the reception at Cafe Angelica.

I feel so blessed. I've got a mom with genes for baking. And she passed it on to me. :D

This week, aside from our regular deliveries for IRRI ECDC Canteen, we are making 300 pieces of booties for a cute baby girl who's going to be baptized this Sunday. I'll post the pics when we are done with the toppers. :)

Two Tier Fondant Cake

This is my first attempt to make a two-tier fondant cake...and I'm so happy with it! Even the guests at Tita Fely's Suprise 65th "debut" party loved it. :D

REVELation: The Crowd Favorite
