According to my marketing mentor, the no. 1 fast food chain the Phils gauges the customers' taste of their products by checking the plate after the customer is gone. If there's too much leftovers, the customer did not like the food. If there's nothing left on the plate, then the customer loved the product. What do you think about this cake?:)
