Red Velvet Cupcakes

Last Sunday, we delivered 150 red velvet cupcakes for Baby Kylie's Christening. These were served as dessert during the reception at Cafe Angelica.

I feel so blessed. I've got a mom with genes for baking. And she passed it on to me. :D

This week, aside from our regular deliveries for IRRI ECDC Canteen, we are making 300 pieces of booties for a cute baby girl who's going to be baptized this Sunday. I'll post the pics when we are done with the toppers. :)

Two Tier Fondant Cake

This is my first attempt to make a two-tier fondant cake...and I'm so happy with it! Even the guests at Tita Fely's Suprise 65th "debut" party loved it. :D

REVELation: The Crowd Favorite

Cake Pops for Alika

My niece, Alika Carys, turned one last Sunday.
