According to my marketing mentor, the no. 1 fast food chain the Phils gauges the customers' taste of their products by checking the plate after the customer is gone. If there's too much leftovers, the customer did not like the food. If there's nothing left on the plate, then the customer loved the product. What do you think about this cake?:)

Triple Surprise

My boss asked me to prepare cupcakes as surprise dessert for her birthday treat. She didn't know then that I've been planning to make a fondant cake for her special day.

So when we surprised her with our greeting card, I also handed over the cake. And she was surprised! Then she asked me to bring out her surprise to my office mates-chocobanana cupcakes with our names on it!

Then our big boss announced the most awaited "surprise" of the year. :D

December is everyone's favorite month. And we all know why. For me, this month started with a bang, with Christmas lights on the side. :) Because on the first day of Baby Jesus' month, we delivered boxes and boxes of Christmas cupcakes!
